These are state and locally run hubs that combine and disseminate information between federal, state, and local law enforcement.
They were created to improve information sharing and address intelligence failures.
A primary role is to identify potential threats by analyzing tips and online threats.

They act as a central hub, integrating data from sources like CCTV, license plate readers, and drones to provide officers with crucial, real-time information for immediate tactical support during incidents and to streamline investigations.
